In 1989, Shri Ram Farms was founded with a clear vision: to harness the power of the land and produce the highest quality potatoes for the people of Punjab and beyond. Starting with just 22 acres, we quickly realized that to achieve our vision, we needed to invest in both our land and our people. The following year, we expanded our operations, acquiring state-of-the-art machinery that allowed us to increase our production capacity and improve the quality of our crops.
Kapurthala is the place where 70 % of total potato production of Punjab is being produced. This place is known for it's alluvial, fertile and reverie soil. At our farm even the minutest tuber is closely tested against Viral infection, fungi infection and other allied diseases. There after soil application of systemic insecticides combined with a number of foliar sprays insure protection against any danger of viral & bacterial infection. All off-type plants are promptly rouged out to give you the best varietal purity. Potato tubers thus are scientifically cured, graded and stored in our cold storage under our special supervision and personal care.
